Develop, formulate and implement sales strategy for the existing key accountsWork with cross functional teams to defend core business, and build profitable business at existing accounts with strong project management approachCreate, develop and maintain strong relationships with key accountsPromote customer centricity, while ensuring fast support & problem solving at customersOrganize customer events and meetings to develop the businessCoordinate and/or negotiate the sales deals with the customer (pricing, delivery conditions, stock control)Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met (mainly R&D and marketing) University level degree in Business, Economics, Food Technology or other relevant area of studiesMinimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar position in a related field – strong focus on business development and key account managementProven record of accomplishment in building and managing national key accounts and in presenting the benefits of products and services to the customersSolid project management, negotiation, new business development and selling skillsStrong influencing, analytical and problem-solving skillsUnderstand your market and manage customer strategy and positioningRelevant B2B experience is an advantageFluent Hungarian and advanced English are required for this role We are a warm family company with a historical growth track record and a clear long-term vision for the future.
