Plan and coordinate daily incoming deliveries for our outside storages, including storage and silo inventory analysisManage freight capacity and scheduling for all transport modes (train, barge, truck)Monitor delivery timelines and follow-up deadlinesPrepare and obtain import documents, certificates, invoicesHave a clear overview on contract balancesProcess delivery notes and maintain accurate data entries in our IT systemsCheck and dispatch goods invoices and manage dunning proceduresMaintain contract and master data while performing general administrative tasksCooperate on cross-functional projects with departments such as Health & Safety and Quality ManagementParticipate in and conduct internal training sessions Completed commercial/supply chain education, ideally in logistics, industry, foreign trade, or shipping — or equivalent practical experienceKnowledge of the agricultural commodities market and vessel operations is an advantageSCommunicate confidently in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken. German speaking welcomed.Confident user of standard IT applications, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Independent, accurate, and well-structured working styleExcellent communication and teamwork skills
