As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you'll take end-to-end ownership of MOL Group's Azure-based cloud platform and Databricks Lakehouse environment. You will design, build, operate, and continuously improve scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure while enabling product squads through modern DevOps practices and self-service tooling.Working closely with the Cloud Architect, Data Engineering, Analytics, Product, and Business teams, you will play a critical role in strengthening platform reliability, developer experience, automation, security, governance, and cloud cost optimization.If you're passionate about cloud engineering, platform operations, Infrastructure as Code, modern DevOps practices, and data platform technologies, this is your opportunity to make an impact at enterprise scale. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, provision, and maintain enterprise-grade Azure infrastructure and cloud servicesEnsure platform availability, scalability, reliability, and securityOwn and continuously improve the Databricks Lakehouse environmentSupport Data Engineering and Analytics teams with platform best practices and governanceDesign and optimize CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep) and automation-first practicesImplement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions using Azure Monitor, Datadog, and Log AnalyticsManage platform security, identity, access control, and compliance requirementsLead cloud cost optimization initiatives with a FinOps mindsetEnable product squads through self-service tooling, reusable components, and documentationCollaborate closely with Cloud Architects, Product Managers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholdersSupport the introduction of new technologies and continuous platform evolutionStay curious – learn and master new cloud technologies as they come EducationBachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related fieldMicrosoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, DP-203, or equivalent are strongly preferredDatabricks certifications are considered an advantage Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Azure cloud platforms Proven experience operating enterprise-scale Azure infrastructureStrong experience with: Azure DevOps, CI/CD implementation, Infrastructure as Code, Cloud automationPractical experience with: Terraform and/or Bicep, Azure Networking, Security & Identity ManagementExperience with Databricks Lakehouse architectureExperience supporting Data Engineering and Analytics platformsExperience working in Agile product organizationsExperience in multinational and cross-functional environments SkillsStrong knowledge of Azure cloud services and cloud-native architectures.Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).Familiarity with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and data platform operations.Understanding of monitoring, security, and identity management (Azure Monitor, Datadog, Entra ID, RBAC).Knowledge of platform reliability, automation, and cloud cost optimization.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skill Soft SkillsAnalytical, curious, and resourcefulGreat communicator – both with techies and non‑techiesThrives in fast-moving environments with parallel tasksDetail‑oriented but always sees the bigger picturePositive attitude and end-to-end ownership mentalityProactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindsetEnjoys working with diverse teams across the CEE region Work with the latest cloud technologiesHigh-impact role shaping the future cloud platform of MOL GroupContinuous learning and certification supportCollaboration with teams across the CEE regionCareer growth in a fast-paced digital organizationMedicare health insurance, annual bonus, wide benefits packageCross‑industry projects across MOL Group’s expanding portfolioTeam events and MOL family activities
