End-to-End IPM Coordination – Coordinate and oversee the complete international permanent move process across defined geographies, acting as project manager responsible for the entire process as outlined in the Global Operating ModelStakeholder Management – Lead and actively manage relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including employees, People & Culture, People Services in home and host countries, global relocation vendors, and legal representativesCase Management & Documentation – Monitor, track and document the full lifecycle of each international permanent move case in AssignmentPro, ensuring accurate, up-to-date records and data quality at every stageIssue Resolution & Escalation – Identify, address and escalate operational issues/gaps to ensure timely and effective resolution, while ensuring compliance with Sanofi's International Permanent Moves policy and the Global Operating ModelEmployee Support & Experience – Provide Level 2 support for complex sub-processes, manage and redirect employee queries via ServiceNow, and maintain a strong focus on delivering a supportive, positive and compliant employee experience throughout the moveProject Contribution & Continuous Improvement – Contribute to IPM-related projects, drive strategic initiatives and transformation efforts, champion continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities and proposing process developmentsKnowledge Transfer & Collaboration – Participate in training and meetings to share knowledge and best practices, assist in process transitions by working closely with local teams and ensuring smooth knowledge transferSenior Leadership & Mentoring – Act as a role model and mentor for junior team members, demonstrate deep expertise as a subject matter expert and escalation point, and take the lead in managing end-to-end initiatives in alignment with the global strategic roadmapAudit & Compliance Support – Support audit requests by providing accurate documentation and insights, ensuring readiness and adherence to all related sub-processes and regulatory requirements Graduate or Master's degree with HR / business administration or equivalent previous experienceFirst hands-on experience in an HR Services role, preferably in an international multicultural environmentSignificant experience in global mobility management, demonstrating a deep understanding of international assignment processes, policies, and best practicesPreferred industry experience in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, technology, finance, consulting, or other highly regulated and complex environmentsBroad understanding of HR processes, including payrollAwareness of data privacy rules (GDPR) and commitment to maintaining confidentialityStrong problem-solving, deductive and analytical skills, with a willingness to learn and develop furtherDeep expertise in global mobility management and international assignment processesComputer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems, e.g. Workday & ServiceNow, AssignmentProKnowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced level proficiency in Excel (essential)Self-motivated & result-driven, with strong ambition and commitment to delivering high quality servicesStrong customer centricity & ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional mannerTeam player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with HR front line teams with an end-to-end mindsetOrganized and structured to efficiently manage priorities and workflow, attentive to detail and works with precisionGraduate or Master's degree in HR, business administration or equivalent experienceStrong English language knowledge (min.
