The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying and engaging qualified talent to build talent pipelines aligned to Sanofi’s hiring needs. They will need to effectively partner with recruiters and hiring managers to proactively identify qualified talent for defined critical roles, acting as a first point of contact for recruiters. This role will be responsible to source for Europe region spanning across 10+ countries in managing the volume hiring needs. Across 2023/2024 or last few years average the consolidated hiring volumes in the region have been 6000+. This is subjected to growth as we expand our launches in the region. You will be responsible to hire the best talent for Sanofi and do this while providing world class candidate experienceMain responsibilities: You’ll be responsible for bringing the best talent to Sanofi. You’ll need to search for talent on various channels, engage with them, and evaluate their capabilitiesYou’ll source for Key roles across the identified region – consistently maintain a healthy pipeline Maintains and engages with a pipeline of high-quality candidates for roles through various channelsPart of your tasks will be supporting Sourcing lead in relationship management with staffing agencies, job boards and other channelsTo provide excellent support you’ll be able provide market mapping data in collaboration with our talent insights team and able to understand and present the data for our business leaders to influence hiring decisions You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams. You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and are driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
