Lead and develop a team of 3 strategic buyers responsible for logistics and MRO procurement activities Manage the Drink Equipment category, including refrigeration, coffee and vending solutions, ensuring optimal commercial and operational performance  WITH YOUR TEAM:  Ensure reliable transportation, warehousing and depot operations through effective supplier partnerships  Drive competitive transportation and logistics tenders delivering service excellence and sustainable cost improvements Identify and implement sourcing strategies that balance commercial objectives, operational requirements and sustainability commitments Partner with senior business stakeholders and Group Procurement to shape sourcing decisions and category strategies Strengthen supplier performance management and continuously improve procurement processes and outcomes  WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE EXCITING? This is an opportunity to lead one of the most strategically important procurement portfolios within the business. You will influence key decisions across transportation, warehousing, fleet management, operational procurement and equipment sourcing.
