Support the development and implementation of Lean and Continuous Improvement strategies.Identify improvement opportunities, waste, and non-value-added activities across manufacturing and office processes.Initiate, lead, and monitor Continuous Improvement projects.Coordinate the implementation, operation, and sustainability of the MAFACT (Magna Factory Concept) system.Conduct internal MAFACT assessments, develop improvement plans, and follow up on related action items.Organize and lead Kaizen workshops, Gemba walks, and problem-solving programs.Apply Lean methodologies and tools in practice, including: 5S and Visual ManagementValue Stream Mapping (VSM)Standardized WorkTotal Productive Maintenance (TPM)Pull Systems and Material Flow OptimizationA3, PDCA, and 5 Why Problem SolvingWaste Identification and EliminationSupport the development and monitoring of operational KPIs.Identify cost reduction, productivity improvement, and process optimization opportunities.Represent Lean principles during reviews of new investments and CapEx projects.Deliver Lean and MAFACT training, coaching sessions, and workshops for managers and employees.Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional departments.Promote the sharing and organization-wide implementation of best practices. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Engineering or a related technical field.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Production Systems.Professional experience in a manufacturing or operational environment.Strong practical knowledge of Lean methodologies and tools.Proven experience leading Lean improvement projects.Ability to independently facilitate workshops, training sessions, and development programs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Structured, self-driven, and results-oriented working style.Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the automotive industry, particularly within OEM, Tier 1, or Tier 2 manufacturing environments.Lean or Six Sigma certification.Experience working with the MAFACT system or similar production systems.MAFACT Assessor certification.Project management experience.Leadership, team coordination, or change management experience.Experience delivering Lean training and coaching programs.International work experience.Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and/or Quality Management Systems.
