What the program offers Broad People & Culture exposure Understand how People & Culture connects people and business priorities to create an engaged, high-performing organization and support sustainable business growth. Rotational assignments Gain hands-on experience across three key areas such as: Talent Acquisition & Employer BrandingLearning & Development / Talent ManagementEmployee Experience / Organizational Development Build a well-rounded understanding of how different People & Culture areas come together to create a strong organization and enable business success. Real responsibility Lead cross-functional projects, take ownership of People & Culture initiatives and contribute to key business decisions while developing your leadership capabilities. Mentoring & coaching Partner with a senior People & Culture leader and an experienced career coach to accelerate your development and expand your leadership potential. Program journey Onboarding (1–3 months) Understand our business model, company strategy, People & Culture organization and the FMCG landscape. Functional experience (4–9 months) Rotate across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR Business Partnering and Employee Experience while contributing to strategic People & Culture projects. Cross-functional experience (10–11 months) Lead a project involving multiple stakeholders across People & Culture and the wider business, working closely with leaders and employees. Leadership experience (12–13 months) Manage a key People & Culture initiative, mentor junior colleagues or lead a project team while developing essential leadership capabilities. 1–3 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, consulting or a related fieldRelevant university degree (Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Economics or related disciplines)Strong motivation to grow into a People & Culture leadership roleStrategic and analytical mindsetCuriosity about people, organizations and the future of workStrong communication, collaboration and influencing skillsExperience leading projects, teams or initiatives (academic, professional or extracurricular)Fluent English and Hungarian CafeteriaLife and accident insuranceMedical insurance (Medicover)Employee Share Purchase PlanInternal training, coaching & mentoring programsEmployee Assistance ProgramDiscounted meals at the on-site cafeteriaUnlimited product consumption at the siteFamily daysCompany shuttle bus service
