Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple countries in close cooperation with hiring managers and senior stakeholders (VP and Head level), including direct sourcing and agency managementCollaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Marketing/Content Specialists, Employee Services, and Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processesContribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, templates, tools, and sourcing channels—both online and offlineSupport employer branding and recruitment marketing activities and represent the company at hiring days, job fairs, and various external eventsProvide regular reporting and presentations on recruitment progress and results to stakeholders, while also training, coaching, and supporting hiring managersParticipate in local and global projects related to recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding Qualifications & ExperienceMA or BA degree preferably in HR fieldFluent in English and Hungarian are mandatory, knowledge of any other foreign language is a plusMinimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment field (agency or manufacturing company)Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes on a regional/global level (more countries are involved)Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketingExperience in working together with high level leaders, excellent stakeholder management skillsGood understanding of different selection methods and interviewing techniques Personal skillsWillingness to learn and to improveProactive, agile, customer-oriented approach with a good ability to cooperate with different functionsHigh level of flexibility, out of box thinkingOpen minded personality to work as a member of a diverse, multinational team Working at the world’s only fully integrated aluminum and leading renewable energy companyDiverse, global teamsFlexible work environment/home office (hybrid)We provide you the freedom to be creative and to learn from expertsPossibility to grow with the companyAttractive benefit packageFixed-term contract until December 2026
