We're looking for a driven and reliable Regional HR Specialist to join the growing team at LPP Hungary Kft. If you understand retail and want to work in the world of fashion, apply now! What you'll be doing: Act as the primary HR partner to management and colleagues in retail Coordinate HR processes and policies aligned to our strategy and business needs Support the on- and offboarding and the full employee life cycle of our employees Provide HR consulting on organizational, operational and legal matters for managers Conduct store visits nationwide to ensure and monitor compliance with our processes and policies Manage disciplinary cases and employment terminations Prepare and record HR documentation in relevant systems Strong cooperation with the HR Manager and Regional Sales Managers Drive culture and values; advise on organizational development, change and transformation initiatives Actively contribute to internal HR projects; participate in preparing organizational changes and standardizing HR processes What we're looking for: 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role Driver's license and high willingness to travel Confident knowledge of Hungarian labor law and familiarity with full employee life cycle management Strong interpersonal skills with an attention to detail You possess a structured and supportive approach towards colleagues and problems Persistence, flexibility and resilience are also important personality traits to be successful in this position Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Excellent communication skills and a result-oriented attitude Confident computer skills, fluency in English and native Hungarian Nice to have: Previous experience in retail is highly preferred Previous track record in liasing with blue-collar employees Degree in HR, economics or related field Why choose us?
