Your main responsibilities will include: Leading and developing the Quality Assurance team Representing the company towards customers on quality-related matters, including escalations Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and IATF 16949 Coordinating quality planning and supporting APQP and PPAP activities Defining, monitoring and reporting quality KPIs Driving continuous improvement initiatives using the PDCA approach Coordinating customer, internal and system audits Managing customer and internal complaints and corrective actions Managing supplier quality issues and following up corrective actions Supporting new project introductions (NPI) from a quality perspective Ensuring product and process quality across the organization Supporting other departments in product quality-related topics Leading the development and standardization of quality processes Acting as the company's representative during customer,  ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 audits Overseeing product safety-related activities and ensuring compliance with relevant requirements What are we looking for?University degree in an engineering field Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing organization Strong practical knowledge of quality methodologies, including:  APQP PPAP FMEA SPC MSA Solid knowledge and practical application of IATF 16949: 2016 Knowledge of statistical methods Negotiation-level English Lean / Six Sigma certification or experience is an advantage Internal auditor and/or process auditor certification or experience is an advantageStrong organizational and coordination skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset  What we offer: A challenging and responsible leadership position with a high level of autonomyThe opportunity to shape and further develop the company’s quality management systemA stable, international working environment with long-term career opportunitiesProfessional development and continuous learning opportunitiesThe opportunity to work closely with international customers and cross-functional teamsA supportive and collaborative management team where your ideas and expertise are valuedCompetitive salary and benefits package, including annual bonus and cafeteria benefits and company carThe opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives and have a measurable impact on business performanceA diverse role combining people leadership, customer interaction, quality management and strategic improvementA professional environment where quality is considered a key part of the company’s success
