Fox Transfer, an international airport transfer service provider, is looking for new colleagues for the following position: Booking Agent & DispatcherMain responsibilities and duties: Position: Booking Agent (registering orders received via email in our system)Handling incoming and outgoing phone callsCommunicating with partners and clients in EnglishManaging emailsHandling complaintsMaintaining contact with suppliers Requirements for the position: Fluent English (both written and spoken) is essential, as most communication with international partners is conducted in EnglishFluent Italian/Spanish/French language skillsMinimum of 2 years of office experiencePrecision and attention to detail: in this role, the most important thing is to be attentive to small detailsGood communication skills: you should be able to explain your reasoning clearly, ask precise questions, pay attention to details, and provide accurate responses to clients via email and phoneQuick problem-solving skills: you should be eager to solve problems as efficiently as possible, as every minute counts in our workAbility to work independently, while also being a team playerPlease note that a sufficient level in English is required for this position.
