Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and address any potential issues proactively. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Ensure tasks are prioritized efficiently and deadlines are met. Support the team with administrative tasks and organizational activities. Identify and resolve problems that arise during project execution. Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless workflow Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to work independently and take initiative. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Capacity to handle stress and adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Strong teamwork ability with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. High level of attention to detail and precision in work. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Intermediate written and spoken English proficiency. Relevant experience in project coordination or a similar role is an advantage. Experience from production enviroment Experience in project management tools/software. Relevant education. Additional language skills.
