In this role you will take initiative and drive innovation by implementing Linde technologies and developments in the Hungarian chemical industryYou will actively manage and expand customer relationships, identifying technical and commercial needs and translating them into value-adding solutionsYou will develop and present application concepts, technical proposals, and business cases tailored to customer requirementsLead and coordinate campaigns and technical projects, including trials, demonstrations, and technology rolloutsPrepare and execute experimental plans, including trial contracts, reports, and technical documentationCollaborate with global and local internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project deliveryProvide expert advice during the introduction of new applications and technologiesOffer after-sales support, including further development and training on application equipmentParticipate in industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen market presence and build professional networksAlso, you will maintain accurate records and reports in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) You hold a BSc degree in Chemical Engineering; an MSc degree is considered an advantageYou have a fluent command of English and Hungarian, both written and spoken, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesPrevious sales or business development experience is an advantage, preferably in a technical or industrial environmentFurthermore, you demonstrate a proactive mindset with strong initiative and a drive to identify and develop new opportunitiesYou are capable of working independently and taking ownership of your tasks and projectsYou have a project-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with a customer-focused approachWillingness to travel regularly as required by business needs Our compensation package consists of several elements such as extensive fringe benefit-system, employee discount programs, and interest free company loan for housing.
