Work with the Research & Insights Lead to ensure master databases are complete, accurate and up to date.Monitor data centre transactions, leasing, development and construction activity across EMEA.Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships within the industry.Track and analyse data centre activity in EMEA, identify trends, growth opportunities and challenges.Analyse market activity and accurately analyse market dynamics as well as investigating and quantifying digital infrastructure market activity.Conduct exploratory and investigative research to identify and resolve data gaps.Collect and analyse data and publications on the global/EMEA data centre sector.Support the EMEA Data Centres team and Research & Insights Lead in assessing findings and preparing content for internal and external outputs, including written publications, paid insights, client presentations, webinars and industry speaking opportunities.Answer data and information queries from regional teams, acting as a reliable source of insight for data centre market intelligence.Collaborate with the Research & Insights Lead and wider team to support research proposals, paid insight products and other revenue-driving opportunities.Support the preparation of bi-annual EMEA data centre market publications, including market research, data checks, chart inputs, drafting support and coordination with the Research & Insights Lead.Maintain effective communication with the Colliers EMEA Data Centres team and other stakeholders, including participation in regular team meetings. 3+ years of professional experience at a data centre focused brokerage, hyperscale user, or colocation provider - ideally where you focused on real estate transactions instead of operational support or construction managementBachelor's Degree, relevant industry experience or equivalent learning may be substituted for the degree requirementFluent in English and HungarianAbility to travel locally and internationally Hybrid position located in BudapestInternational exposure within the fast-growing data centre sectorOpportunity to develop specialist market knowledge and a strong industry networkCollaborative, international team environment
