About the roleWithin Tesco Business Solutions and Technology, the Customer and Colleague Engagement Centre provides support for internal colleagues and external customers. The colleague support team receives IT and Product related queries while the customer team receives Clubcard, Tesco Online and general customer service related queries. Both teams are supported by an operational support team, to ensure an excellent customer experience and flawless operation. Altogether we are around 80 colleagues in the team and we provide support for Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.Join our team as an IT Helpdesk Level 1 Associate, delivering efficient first-line support through issue triage and smart escalation management.
