As Site HR Lead, You will lead HR for our site in Hungary, partnering with local and regional leaders to create a people-focused workplace. You will deliver practical HR solutions across employee relations, talent, workforce planning and site-level change.We value clear thinking, good judgement and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships. This role offers visible impact, day-to-day problem solving, career growth and alignment with GSK’s mission of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.Further responsibilities: - Act as the primary HR partner for the site, advising site leaders on people priorities, workforce planning and site performance.- Lead employee relations work at site level, including case management, investigations and fair resolution aligned with local law and GSK policy.- Design and deliver local talent activities such as succession planning, leadership development and retention actions.- Partner with centres of expertise to implement reward, benefits, recruitment and onboarding solutions that meet local needs.- Lead or support site change initiatives and organisational design work to improve effectiveness and capability.- Use people data and insights to inform decisions, measure impact and propose practical improvements.Scope and impact: - You will support colleagues across the site, working closely with site leadership, operations, and regional HR teams.- Your work will shape employee experience, site capability and the local culture of inclusion.- You will influence decisions that support safe, productive and engaged teams at the site. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Law or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including hands-on employee relations and HR business partnering.- Practical experience in workforce planning, organisational design or site-level change.- Good knowledge of Hungarian employment law and local HR practice.- Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills with leaders and teams.- Fluent English and Hungarian, spoken and written. - Experience working in manufacturing, regulated environments or multi-site operations.- Prior experience with unions, works councils or collective bargaining in Hungary.- Experience using HR data analytics and digital HR tools to drive actions.- Project management skills and experience delivering multi-stakeholder initiatives.- Experience partnering with reward or talent COEs to design local solutions.- Familiarity with global matrix organisations and working with regional or remote HR colleagues.
