If you are passionate about Gastro, Event and Hospitality business and have a dynamic, positive vibe in your work we are looking forward to meet you!This is a good opportunity for those who prefer a colourful job: Managing the operative tasks of our 6-rooms boutique style home-hotel, and organizing events in the 3 cozy Villa Bagatelle Salons.Responsibilities in the 3 Villa Bagatelle Salons (with capacity for 25, 10 and 10 people): Ensure that our positive, energetic spirit overperform the guests needsPrepare offers according to business and private inquiriesArrange all the related tasks, like orders, guest communication, invoicingPrepare the venue and give professional service for the guests during the event. Responsibilities in Bagatelle Gardehouse (with 6 rooms): Ensure that everything in this unique venue is always in the highest quality in favour of our guestBe the welcoming host, keep an eye on the guests’ needs during their stayHandle the processes like check-in, check-out, support room and breakfast preparationManage the back-office tasks, bookings, administration, guest communication You will share these responsibilities in a team. Strong guest orientation with naturally friendly attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and in English as wellStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and being flexibleAttentions to detailsStrong problem solving skillsTeam player and responsibleAdministrative skills, including Word, Excel1-3 years of experience in Gastro or Hospitality business 3+ years of experience in Hospitality and Gastro We have a stable financial and ownership backgroundClear working contract, fully complient with legal regulations (labor and tax)Ecouraging and friendly company cultureYoung and enthusiastic teamWarm breakfast, lunch on your workdays and discounts in our shops
