Your responsibilitiesAct as the primary HR business partner to local management, aligning HR strategy with business needsAdvise senior leaders on organizational design, development, culture, and complex HR challengesLead and support organizational development, change, and transformation initiativesDrive culture, values, and leadership principles in partnership with site and BU leadershipEnsure smooth execution of all processes throughout the full employee life cycle in close cooperation with Global Operations & Digital Solutions and Centers of ExcellenceManage employee relations, ensuring labor law compliance and effective collaboration with the works councilSupport talent, performance, succession, learning, and leadership development processes together with the respective Center of ExcellenceOversee HR analytics, support compensation and rewards topics, and contribute to HR projects, employer branding, and process improvements BSc/MSc degree in HR, Business, Law, Psychology, or a comparable qualificationAt least 7 years of relevant experience in multinational environmentExperience in automotive industry is advantageExperience with transformation processesExperience managing predominantly technical functionsExperience dealing with complex matrix structures is an advantageFluent in English; German language skills are an advantageStrong knowledge of labor law and proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholdersSolution-oriented, hands-on mindset with a strong focus on delivering impactExcellent communication skills with a structured, clear, and empathetic approach
