Support the development of assessment approaches linked to critical skills and capability areas. 2-4 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Career Development or a related HR area. Experience working in corporate environment, preferred to have experience in a complex, international organisation. Strong analytical and structured thinking. Interest in skills-based organizations and modern talent practices. AI literacy. Fluent English language skills. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors. Knowledge of skills frameworks, career architecture or talent assessment methodologies. Project coordination experience.
