You will be hired as a specialist for material management for the 4flow management business line. Your area of work will involve material management activities for 4flow customers. In particular, this will include the following tasks:  Creating and managing orders and call-offs towards suppliers and track confirmationsMonitoring deliveries, shipments, and stock levelsIdentifying and resolving material shortages, delays, and bottlenecks, including escalationManaging end-to-end order and booking processes in SAP (GR, GI, customs, invoicing)Ensuring material availability for production and customer supplySupporting transport and logistics execution (e.g. freight order creation, ASN checks)Close coordination with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders You give us confidence to believe that you’ll contribute to the growth of our company with your personality, skills, knowledge, and experienceYou have gained at least 2 years of practical experience in material planning and order managementYou understand MRP processes, demand planning and call-off logicYou have experience in handling supply shortages, delays, and escalations in a structured wayYou can effectively prioritize and manage multiple operational topics in parallelYour communication skills in English are very goodYou are confident in using ERP systems (e.g. SAP MM / PP) in operational planning environmentsYou hold a strong interest in supply chain topics and are motivated to work with international teams in an exciting environment SZÉP card and private health insuranceAnnual learning budget and unlimited LinkedIn Learning accountPartnership with All You Can MoveWell-being application which allows you to participate in challenges besides helping you look after and improve your health and moodFree access to organic fruit, cereal, snacks, drinks, and coffee at all 4flow locationsFlexibility and the opportunity to work remotely as a basis for our cooperationRegular company events, a friendly and ambitious company cultureCareer opportunities We are committed to equal opportunities and welcome applications from all individuals, regardless of age, gender, origin, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or any other legally protected characteristic.
