We are seeking a proactive, business-minded BI Developer who is passionate about transforming data into valuable business insights. We are looking for someone with a hands-on mindset, strong analytical thinking, and a collaborative approach, who enjoys working closely with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.What will be your roles and responsibilities?Analyse, evaluate, and refine business requirements, and support the creation of functional specificationsDesign solution plans, including creating mockups where applicableDevelop dashboards and reports integrated with various business systems and data sourcesDesign and create a semantic (gold) layer where applicableParticipate in designing and developing company-level data martsMaintain regular communication with the Data Integration TeamTrain and onboard business users to ensure the correct and effective usage of reports and dashboardsMaintain and troubleshoot existing reports, including bug fixingManage access control and report permissionsCreate and maintain a company-wide report catalogueWork in close partnership with heavy data-reliant business unitsParticipate in the development of the company-level data strategy You are the ideal candidate if you have: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a business, economics, or technical fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, report development, or BI developmentFluent Hungarian and professional working EnglishAdvanced Power BI, intermediate Excel, intermediate SQL, and data modelling concepts Nice to have experience with the following: Medallion architectureAzure platformFabric platformdbt frameworkSource control (DevOps, Git)Deployment pipelinesDemand management processesPermission management, row-level security Would you like to help shape one of Central and Eastern Europe’s leading automotive and mobility groups?Join AutoWallis Group, a Budapest Stock Exchange premium-listed company with strong foundations, international presence and ambitious regional growth plans.
