Let’s get to the tasks: ideate, brainstorm, and manage the production of online courses for Laba Hungary including recruiting and engaging new experts;work with Marketing and Sales teams to establish a solid understanding of the vision, purpose, and expected business benefits of a course;facilitate executive-level escalations and course-level change management;monitor the progress of course delivery by tracking production status, risks, issues, and dependencies;manage course-level communications to ensure stakeholders are informed of roadmap changes, release plans, and delivery status;lead course reviews with students, delivery teams, instructors, and executive management as required;facilitate course retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities;ensure the efficient use of organizational resources;live and breathe a proactive course production mindset, filling roles as necessary to meet delivery goals. We are going the same way if you have: previous experience in project management/account management/project coordination or similar fields, managing moderately sized projects and programs from start to finish;KPI-driven mindset;proficiency in Hungarian, upper-intermediate in English (you will be in touch with our HQ team);strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional confidence, so that you can effectively engage and interact with senior and executive-level external stakeholders;strong business acumen combined with a marketing or sales background, with the ability to quickly understand and communicate course ideas and their value to a wide range of audiences, adjusting the message to the audience;ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively and meet deadlines;ability to manage project schedules and associated dependencies, identify possible issues, risks, and actions, and work with key stakeholders to mitigate them;experience in any creative industry job/marketing and online course development is a significant advantage;outgoing, energetic, upbeat, and fun personality.
