What you will do: Quality Control & AssuranceDevelop and maintain quality control plans and inspection proceduresEnsure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and internal policies; conduct process auditsProblem solving & Root Cause analysisLead investigations for internal and external quality issues (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa)Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Measurement & Data analysisConduct statistical analysis and process capability studies (SPC, MSA)Support advanced measurement techniques (CMM, Keyence, optical measurement systems)Continuous Improvement & Lean ActivitiesDrive quality improvement projects using Six Sigma and Lean methodologiesSupport FMEA, Control Plan, and PFMEA developmentCustomer & Supplier Quality ManagementSupport customer complaint handling and resolution (PPM reduction, 8D reporting)Work with suppliers to ensure incoming material quality and supplier performance improvement WHO you are: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)2 - 3 years in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environmentFluency in English and HungarianAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailProactive, solution-oriented, and continuous improvement mindsetStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsCustomer- and result-focused approach What you will find – A place where you can growFlexible working practices in a dynamic workplace (home office possbility)Benefits in addition to basic salary: cafeteria, bonusDistributed leadership encouraging a "can do" attitudeGlobal and multicultural environmentContinuous learning approachInternational cross-functional teams
