Develop new lubricant products and improve the competitiveness of the existing product portfolio based on market and technological trends.Provide technical leadership for product development projects from concept to launch, including coordination of experiments, tests and documentation.Maintain contact with domestic and international raw material suppliers, and collaborate with the procurement, production, quality assurance and sales departments.Provide technical support to the sales organization and expertise in handling complaints, and customer requests.Prepare product-related technical documentation, technical analyses and knowledge materials.Provide expert support in internal and external projects and professional collaborations. University or College degree preferably in Chemist (MSc) or Chemical engineer (MSc)Chemical formulations, chemical syntheses experienceIntermediate English language skills (min.
