Process, check, post, and reconcile intercompany (IC) and purchase invoices accurately in SAP (FI/MM), ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and EDI postingsPost IC payments in SAP FEBAN, manage supplier down payments, and prepare documents for manual paymentsCreate weekly accounts payable payment runs in various currencies and resolve urgent supplier payment reminders, including delivery stoppage situationsReview and control the goods receipt/invoice (GR/IR) accounts and perform accounts payable reconciliationsSupport specialist departments in invoice verification and communicate with suppliers, authorities, and internal departmentsAct as key user for Seeburger and maintain accurate archiving of accounting documentsIdentify and implement process improvements, document procedures, and ensure compliance with accounting policies Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with strong SAP knowledge and experienceDeep understanding of intercompany invoicing, payment processes, and EDI postingsStrong finance background and advanced accounting knowledgeProficiency in German and EnglishKnowledge of Seeburger is a plusStrong organizational, analytical, and methodical skills with high attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressureCustomer-oriented mindset with high professional standards and strong work ethicCommitment to continuous learning, process improvement, and entrepreneurial thinking
