Do you enjoy turning recruitment data into insights that improve hiring quality and efficiency?  We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Process Control Analyst to support and further develop recruitment control, analytics and blue-collar recruitment processes within our HR Performance & Data Management GBS organization. Location:  Budapest, Hungary - Hybrid working model with home office options Your RoleIn this role, you will play a key part in ensuring transparent, data-driven and efficient recruitment processes. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and HR stakeholders to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities and support high-quality recruitment delivery across the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesActively contribute to the operation and continuous development of recruitment control, recruitment analyticsAnalyze recruitment KPIs, trends and performance gaps and prepare regular insights and reportsIdentify improvement opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to recruiters and hiring managersSupport recruitment efficiency, data accuracy and process consistency through close stakeholder collaborationDevelop and maintain process documentation, standards and reporting methodologiesStay up to date with recruitment analytics best practices and reporting trends Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in HR data analysis, preferably with a focus on recruitment-related dataStrong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detailExperience working with recruitment KPIs, metrics and reportingConfident user of Excel and data analysis tools; experience with ATS and recruitment systems is an advantageStrong communication and collaboration skillsWorking proficiency in both Hungarian and EnglishExperience in BI and/or data visualization is an advantage Multinational and stable company environmentCommuting supportComprehensive compensation package including: CafeteriaLife insuranceHealth insurance (Medicare)Loyalty bonusEmployee discountsProfessional challenges and development opportunitiesSupportive team and professional training opportunities
