We are looking for a motivated HR Specialist with a focus on Controlling, Reporting, and Analytics to join our growing international HR team in Hungary. This role is perfect for early-career professionals with initial experience (e.g., internships or 1–2 years in an international environment) who are ready to take the next step. Working closely with experienced HR colleagues, you will contribute to cross-functional and international HR initiatives—taking ideas from concept through to hands-on implementation and helping shape modern HR practices. Kick-start your HR career in analytics by supporting the collection, preparation, and maintenance of HR data, with a strong focus on the German marketBring numbers to life by contributing to regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, KPIs) and supporting deeper analyses, for example in areas such as compensation benchmarks or pay structuresEnsure data quality while collaborating closely with HR teams in Germany and AustriaAct as a go-to contact for HR data topics, supporting colleagues with analyses and ad hoc requests, such as market comparisons or diversity-related evaluations (e.g., gender pay gap insights)Drive continuous improvement by helping to standardize and further develop reporting processes and toolsBuild your technical skillset by working with modern reporting solutions (e.g., Excel, SAP HCM) and supporting dashboards and templatesGain exposure to broader HR topics, for instance by contributing to projects in Compensation & Benefits or supporting the analysis of external benchmark data Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Controlling, or a related fieldFirst practical experience (e.g., internships, student jobs) in HR, controlling, analytics, or a similar area is an advantageConfident user of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HR systems such as SAP HCM is a plusAccurate, reliable, and independent working styleStrong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholdersVery good English language skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2), as well as good German language skills We offer: Group accident insurance, private medical insurance, free fruitsFlexible working time, home office possibility (60%)International projects, business tripsTravel reimbursementRelaxation and fitness roomCafe and restaurant in the office building ABOUT AVL HUNGARY KFT. AVL Hungary Kft., founded in 2002, has become a leading research and development center in almost all areas of powertrain systems in recent years by combining the 100-year tradition of the Hungarian vehicle industry and the innovative activities of the global company.The Hungarian company's team of more than 500 professionals works in a high-tech development environment not only in the headquarters in Érd, but in Budapest, Zalaegerszeg and Kecskemét.
