Lead, coach, and develop the IPM team, driving collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Manage industrialization activities from design transfer through production ramp-up and launch.Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement.Ensure manufacturing readiness, including process validation, resource planning, tooling, and documentation.Deliver product launches on time, within quality and cost targets.Identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and escalations.Track project progress and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, industrialization, or project management.Proven leadership and team management experience.Strong project and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Fluent English, both written and spoken.
