Lead and develop a team of 3 Production Planners and 4 Customer Planners.Manage customer call-offs, delivery schedules, and performance KPIs through SAP and customer portals.Oversee demand planning, shipping coordination, and claim handling.Create efficient production schedules considering demand, inventory, and capacity.Conduct short-, mid-, and long-term capacity planning.Ensure the semi-material availability and maintain planning-related master data (SAP / Sedapta / MOM).Handle escalations related to production or delivery bottlenecks.Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimization initiatives.Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams. BSc degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.5+ years of experience in production planning, customer service, or supply chain.Proven leadership skills and a strong team-player mindset.Solid knowledge of SAP (PP/MM/SD) and ERP systems; Lean and digital tools are a plus.Strong analytical skills with experience managing KPIs and planning processes.Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.Fluency in both English and Hungarian is required.
