Coordinating and implementing the local marketing activities to launch new stores Adapting and implementing promotional calendar Delivering promotional materials to Clients and stores (leaflet, seasonal POSM, window campaign) Evaluating the effectiveness of the promo campaigns Implementing and evaluating the tactical trade marketing to boost sales Close cooperation with stores, other departments, and key Shopping Center/Retail Parks Monitoring competitors’ activity Conduct research together with the Insight Team Build loyalty and increase frequency of store visits Managing trade activities budget, supervised by the Regional Marketing Manager Have College/University degree, preferably in Marketing and/or Economics Previous experience in Marketing (1-3 years) in a similar role, preferably in retail marketing Knowledge of design and print techniques Knowledge of printing industry Knowledge of consumer promotions tools & processes Knowledge of the personal data protection regulation Knowledge of digital tools Fluent English MS Office literacy Have strong organizational and multitasking abilities You perform your work with precision, accuracy, and high standards You are open to changes and take initiative in your work Attractive salary package Development and promotion opportunities Work in an international environment A friendly organizational culture Employee discount up to 20% Free employee assistance program (EAP) Hybrid working option after the onboarding/training period.
