As a Payroll, Time & Benefits Specialist - German speaking​ you are part of a dynamic, vivid and spiritful team supporting our German affiliates in Mannheim. This team delivers customer service and advisory support to HR and business partners on global HR systems and processes, ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with our customer-focused principles.As a qualified expert, you are: Providing insight, support and explanation on HR system and administrative activities in the area of payroll, time & benefit servicesProviding customer service on payroll, time & benefit related activities (inquiry resolution, request management, and troubleshooting)Processing of leaves of absence, processing shifts, cooperation inquiries on the subject of working time, long-term illnesses as well as the associated compensation benefitsAnswering employee requests regarding the pay slipSupporting the embedding of the new ways of working, actively participating in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiativesBehaving as role model to team members, showing positive and flexible attitudeBuilding relationships with HR colleagues within the PSS organization as well as with customers to ensure ongoing service delivery effectiveness.
