Leading and developing the Quality Control team (people management and daily operations)Managing the documentation of the integrated management system (creation, issuance, updates, and ensuring digital/online availability)Planning, organizing, executing, and coordinating internal system and quality audits (including basic quality audits)Preparing and managing monthly and periodic quality reports (data collection, analysis, preparation, and distribution), including reporting to EMEAHandling external communication and maintaining relationships with customers, certification bodies, consultants, training providers, and other external partnersActing as a key internal interface and ensuring effective collaboration with the EMEA Quality organization Who You Are: You are passionate about making a real impact and act with a high level of integrity in everything you doYou are driven to continuously improve and achieve ambitious goalsYou are confident in challenging the status quo and bringing forward creative, practical solutions Strong customer focus and an advanced quality mindset3–5 years of leadership experience in quality management within the automotive industryConfidence, decisiveness, and a strong sense of ownershipExperience in leading change initiatives or continuous improvement projectsStrong collaboration skills within a matrix organizational structureExperience with automotive quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA) and solid knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA)Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, analytical mindsetFluent English with negotiation-level communication skills, as well as Hungarian proficiencyA degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics (or equivalent technical qualification) Certified VDA 6.3 process auditorExperience in managing customer auditsExperience with digital quality systems or document management toolsExperience with ISO26262 and solid Knowledge of ESD requirements and controls in a manufacturing environment Our Culture & Commitment to You:  At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
