RequirementsManage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and personnel records.Handle recruitment activities for both permanent employees and temporary agency workers, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring follow-up.Maintain employee attendance records and ensure accurate attendance tracking.Support monthly payroll preparation by collecting and verifying payroll-related data and coordinating with external payroll service providers.Administer HR documentation, employee benefits, and other HR administrative processes.Support employee relations by responding to employees' daily HR inquiries and maintaining effective communication.Coordinate new employee orientation, training activities, and other HR programs.Liaise with external partners, including recruitment agencies, temporary staffing agencies, payroll providers, and government authorities when required.Ensure HR processes comply with Hungarian labor regulations and company policies.Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager. We look forward to hearing from you if you meet our expectations below: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.Solid knowledge of recruitment, employee administration, attendance management, payroll support, and employee relations.Familiarity with Hungarian labor law and HR practices is preferred.Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Experience working in a Chinese-invested or international manufacturing company is considered an advantage.
