Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and management presentationsSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesMonitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and business driversSupport the annual budgeting (AOP) and monthly forecasting (LE) processesEnsure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and reportingPartner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-makingDevelop and maintain financial models (eg FCF/WC) and other reporting toolsContribute to the delivery of country fixed-cost targets and proactively challenge spending where appropriateEnsure compliance with internal policies and corporate reporting requirements have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;have at least 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a planning, reporting, or controlling role;have an excellent command of English and Hungarian, both written and verbal;are an advanced user of MS Office, particularly Excel, and SAP; knowledge of Power BI and SQL is an advantage;have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to perform detailed financial analyses;can coordinate complex budgeting and forecasting processes;communicate effectively and can influence stakeholders across the organization;are confident in challenging assumptions and figures to drive business performance.
