 We are looking for a new colleague to join our growing Finance team: Serve as a business partner to the plant manager and act as the point of contact for all financial mattersPrepare, coordinate, track, and review the business plan in collaboration with relevant departmentsConduct monthly closing and reporting activitiesProvide support for strategic projects and central controlling issuesActive participation in coordination meetings with representatives from sales, procurement, and production to evaluate and improve financial performanceConducting make-or-buy analysesPrepare cost estimatesPerform product costingPricing and IC pricing tasksContinuous monitoring of KPI-s, KPI reportsPreparing cost and efficiency analysesMaintain and develop the cost center systemCost allocationWHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVEBSc degree in business administration or equivalentSeveral years of professional experience in controlling in a manufacturing company or similarConfident user of Ms Office applications (especially Ms Excel)Sound knowledge of SAP is strongly preferredFluent Hungarian and English language skillsStrong understanding of business interrelationships, processes and structuresWHAT WE OFFER YOUCompetitive benefits package (e.g., SZÉP card, health insurance)Creative, dynamic, and international work environmentInnovative solutions for the future of mobility and safetyCONTACT INFORMATIONContact Person: Norbert RakonczayFor questions regarding your application, please use the contact form.
