Rheinmetall Hungary Munitions Zrt, a member of the Rheinmetall Group, is looking for a highly motivated Senior accountant (m/f/d) who is eager to take over responsibility and actively contribute to a dynamic and international environment. In this position, you will work in our Financial department and will be responsible for accounting and reporting tasks.Your main tasks will be: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports according to IFRS and Hungarian GAAPDevelop, update and maintain documents, reports and General Ledger Accounting according to IFRS and Hungarian GAAP, including journal entries, payment runs, general and subledger account reconciliations, accruals, etc.Fixed asset accounting, including capitalizations, depreciation, reconciliations and leasingCoordinating and supervising the work of junior accountantClose coordination with tax advisors for tax returns and other tax related topicsResponsible point of contact for authorities, e.g. TAX authorities for monthly TAX returns, KSH reports etc.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policiesCoordinate internal and external audits and provide required documentationPreparation of reports, statistics, and financial statementsSupport for planning and controlling processesWHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVEBachelor's degree in the field of economics or financeCertified Public Accountant/or IFRS Accountant qualificationMinimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing accounting experienceTo succeed in this role, you will need following skills: Very good knowledge of SAP FIExperienced IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Willingness for flexible and activity-changing (broadband) deploymentIndependent working style as well as intercultural team skillsInterest for daily business, technologies, & productsProfessional fluency in English and Hungarian, both written and spokenAccurate and results-oriented working-styleStructured thinking and reliabilityWHAT WE OFFER YOUFull time employmentHome-office possibilityFlexible working time modelsTraining and knowledge sharingCompetitive compensation packageInternational team and company cultureDynamic, supportive working environmentStart-up atmosphere embraced by the international Rheinmetall GroupCONTACT INFORMATIONContact Person: Norbert RakonczayFor questions regarding your application, please use the contact form.
