Manage and develop the Pickup and Locker network, including acquisition and onboarding of new partners, Define, distribute, and supervise tasks for Back OPS and Pickup teams; ensure resources and organizational development, Plan, operate, and develop device fleets for Pickup Points and Lockers, Monitor and evaluate network performance; implement corrective actions and process improvements, Prepare and update operational manuals, guidelines, and procedures, Collaborate with internal departments and external partners, Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, analyses, and presentations, Participate in or lead projects related to OOH network development and optimization, Train team members and partners; support skill development and retention strategies, Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and safety standards. Higher education degree in economics, logistics, or technical field, Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience, Practical experience in logistics or retail network operations and development, Project management experience (at least 2 years), Fluent English (spoken and written), Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools (Power BI), Leadership and team development, Strategic and analytical thinking, Communication and negotiation skills, Flexibility and stress resilience, Category B driving license.
