The Research and Development Department is responsible for the continuous expansion and optimization of our in vitro assay portfolio, including but not limited to drug transporter-related assays and complex in vitro models and new approach methodologies. Running contract research projects to address complex client needs is also an important part of our activities. Due to the industry requirements processes are strictly regulated, we operate under ISO 9001 certification.   The R&D laboratory is based in Budapest.Responsibilities: • Designing complex in vitro assay developments• Designing & performing in vitro experiments• Analyzing, interpreting and reporting of experimental results• Managing & optimizing workflows• Participation in strategic and operational planning of innovations• Supervision of research projects• Compiling project and development reports in English• Scientific support of sales and marketing employees• Project management and administration• Presentation of project results on company events and scientific conferences Minimum of master’s level degree in biological sciences or pharmaceutical sciencesMinimum 5 years of relevant work experienceFluent in written and verbal EnglishGood communication skillsCreative thinking, open minded Interpersonal skills; proactive, enthusiastic team playerWell-organized, punctualThe pay range for this position is 820.000 – 1.100.000 [HUF].
