Marketing collateral: Create sales collateral, brochures, trade show materials, and promotional campaigns across print, email, and social channels.Digital design: Design digital assets for web, e-commerce, email, and social media, optimized for each channel.Video production: Produce and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, social media, and internal communications.Visual storytelling: Create infographics, iconography, and motion graphics aligned with brand standards.AI-assisted content creation: Use AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) to generate concepts, imagery, and creative variations at scale.Brand management: Own and evolve corporate brand standards, templates, and visual identity for both SunTech Medical and Meditech.Packaging & labeling: Design product packaging, labeling, user manuals, and instructions for use in compliance with medical device regulatory requirements.Product & UI collaboration: Partner with product management and engineering on new product design, including user interface contributions.Production Operations: Manage the digital asset library, maintain print and digital specification documents, and coordinate with external vendors (printers, photographers, freelancers). Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or Digital Media Design (or equivalent design-focused degree).Experience: 3–6 years of professional experience in a Graphic Design role.Portfolio: Required, demonstrating a range of print, digital, and video work.Core design software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).Video & photography: Proficiency in video production and editing (Premiere Pro and/or After Effects) and strong knowledge of photography and photo editing principles required.Digital/UI tools: Experience with Figma or similar UI/digital design tools.AI tools: Demonstrated experience using AI-powered design and image generation tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E).Languages: Fluency in English required; Hungarian language skills preferred.Professional skills: Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams and time zones.Growth mindset: Willingness to stay current with emerging design tools and trends, including generative AI.
