Join Our Marketing Team!Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about marketing? We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our growing Marketing team and help bring exciting healthcare and consumer health brands to life.As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll work closely with Brand Managers, the Senior Brand Manager, and the Head of Marketing, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and day-to-day marketing operations, while supporting our brands: BioCo, Nosko, Globifer, 1x1 Vitamins, Medistus, Innopharm ORS, Dologel, Bio-Oil.Your ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches.Coordinate the development and production of promotional materials with internal teams and external agencies.Organize marketing events, conferences, and meetings.Manage invoices, and marketing documentation.Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials.Coordinate project timelines and follow up on deadlines.Maintain marketing databases and archives.Work closely with Sales, Regulatory, Finance, Supply and external partners to ensure effective project execution.Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Department. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or final-year student with relevant experience).1–2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or coordination role is an advantage.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.Good communication and teamwork skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Fluent Hungarian and excellent business English.
