Review business requirements and ensure alignment with end-to-end customer journeys, translating needs into user stories, technical specifications and architecture designs.Design modern, scalable, secure and cost-efficient IT solutions that support long-term business objectives and technical standards.Identify and manage dependencies across systems to ensure effective solution integration.Oversee software delivery and operational readiness, ensuring solutions are delivered to agreed quality standards and timelines.Consolidate business requirements into technology roadmaps that deliver measurable business value and align with broader organisational priorities.Collaborate with user experience specialists, software engineers, testers and DevSecOps teams to support seamless implementation of solutions.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, project teams and external partners to drive successful outcomes.Contribute innovative thinking and informed decision-making to solve complex technology challenges. You have a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in IT solution design, system architecture or software engineering.You have experience leading complex technology initiatives and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.You ideally bring experience in self-service or e-commerce web application development and implementation, with a strong focus on customer experience.You possess strong knowledge of system analysis, software development and project management practices.You have hands-on experience with agile delivery methodologies such as SAFe, Kanban, Lean or similar frameworks.You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.You demonstrate strong critical thinking, problem-solving and teamwork skills.You bring expertise in solution design, project delivery and technology environments within large-scale organisations, ideally within telecommunications or related industries. Enterprise solution architecture and design practices.Technology roadmap creation and strategic planning.Stakeholder management across business and technology functions.Agile delivery methodologies including SAFe, Lean and Kanban frameworks.Software delivery governance and operational excellence.Advanced skills in solution analysis, integration planning and architecture documentation.Customer-centric design and digital solution development.
