Product Introduction, Manufacturing and Quality Processes, Technology site support Play an important role in transfer and commissioning of products into Makó siteManage (NPIR) new product and process flavour industrialization, scaling-up and hand-over to production Ensure new formula conformity according to NPIR and regional Process technology principles. Maintain BOM process instructions (PI lines) of existing productsProvide support to achieve and maintain quality consistency and functionality of products and efficiency of production processes; support the local quality assessment process for new buy ingredientsSupport Quality lab and Quality system for solving internal and external complaints including the usage of rejected production or raw materialsManage internal complaints, (Z2-Q and P). Coordinate the corrective and preventive action. Lead the PDCA analysis in case of internal nonconformity complaintEstablish corrective / preventive actions in cooperation with involved departments. Suggestions for local business process improvements to increase the quality of products and service. Identify deficiencies, look for efficiency improvements and implement themProvide analyse internal complaint date and provide improvement idea if necessary launch projects for further improvements.Communicate with FC&A, Sales Regulatory Quality organization, and Commercial organization to address the Formula optimization initiative, such as Atlas briefs. This collaboration will support the waste reduction effort in the end-to-end production process, focusing on Yield & Scrap, Rework, and Repack.Support formula administration and technology aspects of change control projects (reformulations, transfers)Provide support to achieve and maintain quality consistency and functionality of products and efficiency of production processes; support the local quality assessment process for new buy ingredients Local Process Technology team Oversee local PT team and facilitate functional integration into regional PT organizationLead recruitment, training and ensure functional operation of local PT organizationAssure well trained, motivated, efficient PT teamEstablish annual goals for the local PT team following the regional PT team, local management and business programs.
