You will be based in Makó and be part of the reliability and maintenance team. You will focus on managing the regular maintenance planning of the production site and equipment, support site related projects and improvements. You will report to the R&M Manager. Schedule the maintenance work of all site assets (subject matter, organizational and administrative) under optimum use of personnel and means availableDevelopment, training, performance and discipline of the maintenance teamAchieve optimum availability and reliability of plant equipment, analyzing continuously the repair work and identify problems and anticipate equipment failure ahead of timeBudgeting of maintenance cost “bottom up” in area of responsibilityTake part in machine optimization/installation projects.Ensure compliance (safety, environmental, food safety) of plant and assets through maintenance schedule with ocal regulation and norms as well as internal guidelines and best practicesEnsure non-conformance is escalated through line managementMaintain planned, preventive and predictive maintenance plans and review to ensure maintenance for site and ensure engineering stores is stocked with the optimum level of spare partsSupport maintenance system (SAP): train the staff upon request, prepare reports on agreed time, maintain databaseEnsure the required documentation, drawings, manuals are maintained and available to the maintenance team Degree in engineeringFactory engineering and maintenance strategyFood industryTPM knowledgeIntermediate level English (written/oral), native Hungarian knowledgeGood IT user knowledge Annual cafeteria benefits of gross HUF 450, 000 Travel cost reimbursement HUF 40/km fuel allowance Life and accident insurance, as well as comprehensive private healthcare services Discounted workplace meals Well-being benefits vitamin packages, fruit month, salad menu, on-site charity events Company events family day, Christmas dinner, Santa Claus celebration, team-building events Access to exclusive parfumes
