Plan and execute assurance and advisory engagements (Audits and Reviews), including Plant audits, in line with the rolling audit plan.Assess business processes, risks, internal controls across various functions and locations.Support financial, operational, and compliance audits.Perform data analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.Conduct benchmarking and research to inform audit recommendations.Collaborate with other (internal) assurance functions (ISO, EHS, TISAX, VDA) to ensure a cohesive approach to risk and control. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, internal controls, or audit roles in a multinational environment.Overall understanding of financial processes and related internal controls.Professional working proficiency in English.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Background in a governance function, such as internal audit, internal controls, or finance compliance.Strong IFRS knowledge.Familiarity with internal control frameworks such as COSO, SOX, ICFR, RCM, ICS.Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP.Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.Collaboration with a shared service center.Being a finance business partner for another departments.Experience with Big4 auditors or consultants.
