Supporting the execution of the Downstream Digital strategy and ensuring alignment between business needs and digital ambitions.Identifying scope, schedule, and dependency conflicts while supporting resolution and alignment.Building strong partnerships with Downstream business functions. Coordinating with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize digital opportunities.Supporting the business case assessment of digital solutions, balancing expected benefits and associated costs.Monitoring and reporting the progress of digital initiatives and portfolio performance.Identifying opportunities to introduce innovative digital technologies and solutions that can enhance business performance.
