You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.What you will be doingAs a key part of the Deployment & Transformations team, you'll create impact by Driving operational excellence by streamlining processes that enable Grundfos to deliver sustainable water solutions faster and more efficiently..Your main responsibilities include: Plan and execute system implementations and change management activities across local companies, aligning with regional and company service managers, super users, and IT colleaguesDrive project communication and collaborate with local management to ensure cultural aspects are considered in implementation planningEvaluate system configurations to meet local commercial and legal requirements based on project principlesLead local tool implementations including training, issue resolution, and hyper-care supportFacilitate Site Readiness Tests with local super users and serve as the point of contact for system usage and process excellence inquiriesMaintain training materials, test cases, and process documentation to ensure consistent quality What makes you a great fitAbove all, you are a structured, analytical thinker with strong facilitation skills and a genuine passion for simplifying complex business processes in a global environment. We would also imagine that you have: Master's degree in IT, Communication & Organisation, Finance, or a related fieldBackground as a Project Manager or Business Consultant with hands-on experience in process improvement initiativesStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to motivate and influence in a collaborative, solution-oriented wayExperience from a service-oriented business environmentIt is a plus if you also: Experience with Service Management Systems, especially SAP CS (SAP for Customer Service)Solid knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworksExperience working in a global organization similar to GrundfosYou'll also be available for travelling up to 50 days per year.
