Participate in the development and configuration of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including email, SMS, push notifications, inbox messages, journeys, automations, and creating segments.Support the testing and deployment of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring the quality and performance of the deliverables.Handle specific ITSM requests and participates in incident resolutionProvide technical support and troubleshooting for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, resolving issues and incidents in a timely manner.Collaborate with the senior specialists, the product owners, and the business stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and suggest improvements and enhancements.Follow the agile methodology and the best practices of the digital engineering team. EducationUniversity or college degree with specialization in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or equivalent.Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plusExperience0-2 years of experience in developing and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder and Journey Builder. Experience with Mobile Studio is a plus.Experience in testing and deploying Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring quality and performance of deliverables.Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions.Experience working in agile environments is a plus.Experience working with multiple business units is a plus.Retail IT domain background is a plusProfessional usage of Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work, and security in development.Excellent collaboration skills to work across teams, including marketing, IT, and external vendors, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proactive mindset with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership, and team mentality.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning, adapting, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.Openness to work with different cultures across CEE.
