Master Data GovernanceDesign and implement a company-wide Master Data Governance frameworkDefine data standards, policies, roles, and responsibilities (e.g., Data Owner, Data Steward)Ensure data quality and establish monitoring and control mechanismsHarmonize and standardize master data across different systemsAlign requirements and ensure consistent data and system architectureData AnalyticsDevelop and enhance data analytics structures and methodologiesDesign and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decisionsAnalyze business processes and identify data-driven optimization opportunitiesSupport business functions with data-related inquiries and insightsArtificial Intelligence (AI) & Use CasesIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases across business processesDesign, implement, and scale AI solutions (e.g., predictive analytics, forecasting, process mining, automation)Collaborate with business functions to translate business requirements into AI use casesEnsure data availability and quality as a foundation for AI applicationsMonitor and continuously improve AI models and their business impactSupport the establishment of AI strategy and governance structures for the responsible use of AIProject & Change ManagementClose collaboration with Business functionsTrain and enable business functions in the areas of Data Governance, Analytics, and AISupport change management in transitioning to data-driven and AI-enabled ways of working Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a comparable fieldSeveral years of experience in: Master Data Management / Data Governance, Business Intelligence / Data Analytics, AI / Machine Learning projects (preferred)Proven experience in building and operating Master Data Governance frameworksStrong knowledge of data models, data architecture and data quality managementExperience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, or similar)Understanding of business processes (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Engineering)Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is an advantageFluent in English (written and spoken), additional language skills (e.g. German) are an advantageStrong analytical and structured working approachStrong communication and teamwork skills in international environmentsInnovative thinking and interest in new technologies (especially AI)Intercultural competence and willingness to collaborate across locations
