Manage and optimize Hungarian digital media campaigns, including hands-on campaign execution and optimization when required.Shape Group‑level digital strategy by supporting and reviewing digital media plans across 10 countries, ensuring every market follows smart, consistent and data‑driven practicesPartner with local teams, business units and agencies to elevate digital execution and bring best‑in‑class solutions, audience strategies and new market trends into playMonitor KPIs, identify optimization opportunitiesSupport budget planning, allocation and performance tracking to maximize marketing effectivenessBuild, maintain and continuously improve measurement frameworks, dashboards and reporting standardsDrive digital analytics, tracking and measurement initiatives, turning insights into clear, actionable recommendationsCooperate with business streams to understand their expectations and objectivesWork together with the whole marcom team, to help delivering complex digital, media and creative solutions for briefed campaignsSupport digital creative development and production, ensuring creative assets are optimized for platform requirements, audience needs and campaign objectives.The role is part of the Group Corporate Communications function and reports to the Group Digital Marketing Communication Lead. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business3–5 years of experience in digital or performance marketingStrong understanding of paid media, measurement and optimizationExperience with analytics, tracking and reporting toolsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environmentAnalytical mindset, problem‑solving skills and proactive attitudeCooperative, supportive mindsetFluent English and HungarianGoogle Ads, Meta Ads or Google Analytics certifications are a plus.
